I really enjoy inhaling the scents of these oils and dabbing them on my pulse
points. I like to do this right before I go to sleep because it makes me feel so
tranquil and relaxed. Also, I like to add a few drops in a diffuser to scent and
freshen up my room and off to sleep I go!
I have had acupressure treatments and have felt so invigorated and refreshed. It is really a very beneficial way of relaxing and easing any tensions you might have. You can give yourself acupressure treatments which I do but prefer to get them!
Juicing makes me feel very energized. This is great first thing in the morning and to start your day! I have tried different variations and combinations and find I like more of the green vegetables to juice.
I start my day with meditation and deep breathing exercises, yoga stretches, and a vision board which helps me with everything in my life. I love listening to music at home, in the car, and especially when I walk on the boardwalk I feel a natural high when I do this!
I have found that being a Pescatarian (one that eats fish & vegetables) has served me well! I did at one point eat meat and chicken but it felt heavy on my stomach so I stopped eating it. I love fish and vegetables because it feels so much lighter and easy to digest. I try to get
organic foods because there are less pesticides.
One of the top herbs I eat very often is garlic. Besides it being cooked in food, I like eating a raw piece twice a week with my food. I find it helps with my immune system and I don't have any health issues. Also, I add flaxseed and ginger to my morning drink to jump start my day!
I love getting massages and feel so tranquil when I do. I have had full body massages and chair massages and they are both fantastic. Massages are so healthy for you and can do wonders for maintaining really good health!
I also enjoy getting reiki treatments which make me feel relaxed. This is another treatment that can really benefit your health! I give myself a reiki treatment each morning and feel focused and energized ready to start my day!
There are seven energy centers throughout your body that are called chakras. When I meditate or just want to relax, I use a clear quartz or amethyst crystal over each chakra. It makes me feel connected and focused for the day.
